Mr. Arnold is a past-president of GPLA, a recipient of the Lee Rognon Award and received the Herman Hennsler Award twice. He is a Honorary Member of the Master Locksmith Association of New Jersey and the Institutional Locksmith Association. He has exhibited leadership qualities locally, in Europe and the UK as an educator, and inventor. He was an active participant in locksmith licensing legislation. He was appointed by the Governor of New Jersey to serve on the NJ Burglar, Fire Alarm, and Locksmith Committee for Licensing, where he has worked diligently over the past 5 years as Chairman of the Locksmith Sub-Committee modifying and implementing the rules and regulations that will govern these new licenses. Presently Mr. Arnold serves as GPLA’s Treasurer and Convention Chairman.
