Brian Costley is a Certified Master Locksmith and a Certified Master Safe Technician. He received the 1995 Associated Locksmiths of America Lifetime Achievement Award in 1995, and was inducted into the Safe & Vault Technicians Hall of Fame in 1997. Brian was one of ALOA's first Certified Instructors, and has taught numerous combination lock classes in the United States and abroad. He serves as Vice Chairman of the ALOA Safeman's Certification Testing Committee. He is the author of Dialing Diagnostics and Logical Lock Diagnostics. Brian is Director of Customer Services for Sargent & Greenleaf, in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
