We will cover hiring employees and the harmonious work relationship with your employees. Continuous training for income and growth; How, When, and Where? Time management and the importance of this skill. Investing back into the company for stability and growth. Understanding the difference between Growth of business and Growth of income. How to bid for jobs and proposals for more profit and lastly how to
exit your business into retirement because your exit strategy should always be a part of your growth.
A GPLA certificate suitable for framing will be awarded to each student.
About the instructors::
Thomas R. Demont has been involved in the locksmith profession since 1956 when he began working his father’s shop in Pittsburgh. In 1972, he founded A-1 Security Manufacturing after 10 years as a US Navy locksmith. In 1974, he founded A-1 Lock & Safe Service Inc in Washington DC, and later founded Technical Sales, Inc in Northern VA. Mr. Demont is an ALOA ACE instructor and has been heavily involved with ALOA SPAI, serving in various offices including President and is currently serving as President at International Association of Investigative Locksmiths division of ALOA SPAI. In 2010, he was the recipient of the prestigious Philadelphia Award.
